Enzymes involved in organic matter decomposition

Extracellular enzymes: Laccases, lignin peroxidases, manganese peroxidase.  

Oxidative enzymes: Endoglucanases, exoglucanases, β-glucosidases, endoxylanase, ecetylxylan esterase, α-glucuronidase and β-xylosidase.  

Hydrolytic enzymes: Esterases, proteases, glycosidases, nucleosidasesand lipases.
