Luxury consumption of Potassium

  When soils have huge amount of available K then plant take it more than normal amount. Plant use the K nutrient for its metabolic and physiological activities. After using of sufficient K nutrient there is more K nutrient remaining in plant body. The remaining K nutrient is attended in plant body as storage or freezing condition. There are some special type of plants which storage K nutrient in their body. The storage of excess amount k nutrient in plant body is called luxury consumption of K (Potassium).
